Four Charities Challenge Members/Leaders provided to the USATF MN Association 1 Hour Race Walk Championship, officiating, judging, and one extraordinary competing race walk athlete, Linda Beduhn.
 
“Linda is making a remarkable, healthful, and happy comeback from knee surgery last November by converting from running to her new event, race walking. Arthritis and DJD of the knees may prevent her from ever healthfully running again, but that health challenge is not stopping her from training to become a competitive and winsome race walker.

Congratulations, Linda! You have heart, and a healthier heart, because of your commitment to your Rx Exercise despite your arthritis challenges.”

And, we CCrs were there to cheer for our own CC Race Team Leader, Coach Ben Merchant, win the 8 Miler. Well done, Ben, and all our CC Event Volunteers!"
