8 AM - 5k Run, Race Walk, or Fitness Walk around beautiful Como Lake or the simultaneous 1.5 Mile Fun Family & Friends Fitness “Walk By My Side”. This is a special occasion to inspire, and be inspired, by our remarkable family and friends who are walking, or even running, through and beyond their arthritis challenges to a better quality of life every day.

Events start/finish near Como Lakeside Pavilion Area. Driving directions.

Entry Fee: $19 pre-registered / $25 race day.

You’re invited to donate more than your race registration fee in support of CC Challenge Rx Exercise programs. Net event proceeds benefit Charities Challenge Rx Exercise Events, Programs and Services. CC is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Special Arthritis-Affected-Athletes Awards: Special awards & recognition for athletes with arthritis. Special Award - Challenge Arthritis “I’m Not Stopped by Arthritis” Certificates for those who indicate below that they live with arthritis challenges. Arthritis-Affected-Athletes often win overall or age group divisions of races!

Recognition & Awards: Results by Youth, Open, Masters (5-year age groups), Athena-Clydesdale & Race Walk Divisions; Awards to Division Winners & and recognition of age group winners; classy commemorative race shirts.
