ENTRY FEE: $20 pre-registered/$25 race day

9:30 AM - KIDS CHALLENGE HALF MILE
ENTRY FEE: $10 pre-registered/$15 race day

5k on USATF certified course around beautiful Como Lake; Start/Finish near Lakeside Pavilion.

Recognition & Awards: Complete 5k results by Youth, Open, Masters (5-year age groups > age 40-80+), Athena-Clydesdale & Race Walk Divisions; classy commemorative race shirts & race treats for all Events participants. “I Don’t Have To Be Thin To Be Happy/Healthy/Fit” Special Optional Weight Divisions/Recognition

1. Athena & Clydesdale Division for athletes who are above a certain weight: >145 women >200 pounds men.

2. Awards for athletes who have lost 30, 50, 100 pounds or more while pursuing their Rx Exercise and athleticism.

We will have many walking and running who have lost from 30 to 230 pounds over recent years & kept their weight under control with their RxExercise & want others to know that they can achieve their health/fitness goals, too. Come celebrate & cheer all who are achieving their weight management goals & living happier, healthier, more active lives.
